On the Snow has teamed up with US Ski Team members to create a series of YouTube videos to show us ‘mortals’ a thing or two about ski fitness and the importance of core strength: Don’t forget, it’s not supposed to be easy.

The ski lift maintenance teams are in, the mountain restaurants are dusting themselves down, the gear shops are swapping from bikes to skis: yes, the ski season in the Northern hemisphere is getting close; are you ready? Work that butt!

The only equipment you need for this one is a partner able to hold your legs down. Core strength, lower back, your bum and hamstrings all benefit from this killer exercise.
