Smith I/O Recon Ski Goggles. Fantastic gadget – but is it going too far? The price would make your eyes water; even if you were wearing the googles.
I have been sent some P-20 sun tan lotion to try. Now, to be honest, when I’m skiing there isn’t much flesh on show, so I don’t have to worry about sunburn.
I’ve been building up my leg strength, it isn’t 100% and I’m more nervous on slopes than I was. Hence investigating and then getting a Ski Mojo.
Time to invest in good ski goggles after trying on several pairs from Smith, as well as others from Bolle, Oakley and Sinner, I opted for Smith Vice.
You have probably owned a ski helmet for between 10 and 20 years. If you are still wearing your first one, isn’t it about time you got a new one?
I read reviews and opted for the Dynastar Intense 10. They hold edges like I’m on rails. They turn when I want them too. They deal with lumps and bumps with ease. Looking around, reading reviews and already being a fan of Thule, I came across their RoundTrip Ski Roller Bag. I knew it would be well made. I knew its features would be well thought through. The bag could accommodate two pairs of skis and a fair bit of kit quite easily. So, that’s what we bought.

With shovel, probe, extra clothes, food, drink, camera and other essential back-country skiing kit packed, we ventured out. He’s the Thule Upslope Review update.
We opted for a Thule roof rack with Snowpack L ski carrier (L = Long = 75cm). We opted for the long version as we have quite fat skis and occasionally have friends join us so need to carry more than two pairs of skis.
