On the Snow has teamed up with US Ski Team members to create a series of videos. Each shows us ‘mortals’ a thing or two about ski fitness. Don’t forget, a leg lift is not supposed to be easy.

The summer nights are behind us. Halloween and Bonfire night are done. Christmas lights are starting to illuminate the streets. As the dark nights draw in, our thoughts turn to the ski season.

We’re heading to out to ski in Austria again this coming season. But whether you are heading to Andorra or Zermatt, now is the time to start doing something about your fitness.
